Mean Muesli with prune and banana this morning, then dragged the family to Decathlon to stock up on running shoes, running outfit, yoga mat and paper target. IKEA happens to be near by, so we stopped in to have snacks. I managed to have a coffee with less milk and sugar. Then had half an egg sandwich, banana and handful of Brazil nuts for lunch. Met up with Robin and had half a latte (bad). Bought a load of corn crackers, rice crackers with sea vegetables and wild rice from the health food store. Although have tried two if the corn crackers and had another couple of Brazil nuts. Now I've got to cook dinner.
